Nicholas Moody returned home after a three month ordeal in the United Arab Emirates Prison. Nicholas is relieved to regain his freedom and to be back home. While imprisoned,
many people followed the Bring Nick Moody Back Home story. Those supporters rallied together, lending voices, writing letters, saying prayers and making efforts to try to assist
the family in bringing Nick home.

(SACRAMENTO) – North State Assemblyman Dan Logue today presented California Blue Star Moms Soaring Eagles of Susanville with an Assembly Resolution in honor of their service and support of members of the United States Military. The Blue Star Moms are mothers who now have, or have had, sons and daughters honorably serving in the military. They are a non-profit Veterans service organization supporting our military while promoting patriotism. “It is a privilege and an honor to be able to recognize the Blue Star Moms for their unwavering support of our troops,” stated
Assemblyman Logue. “They have a consistent record of service not only to our soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen in the military and their families but also their local community.” Five members
of the group were recognized by Logue on the Floor of the Assembly with another 55 members and guests observing from the gallery. “These ladies and their sons and daughters in uniform represent the best of us,” added Logue. “I am so proud of the work that they do and the example they set.” Assemblyman Logue represents the 3rd Assembly District in the California Legislature, which includes the communities of Butte, Lassen, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sierra and Yuba.
